Welcome to Random.GG. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of Random.GG's websites, services, and applications (collectively, the Services), provided by RandomGG, Inc. (RandomGG, we, us, or our). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Services Description

3.1 Play Maker Platform

• A web-based tool for creating interactive content including online escape rooms, murder mysteries, and other interactive experiences
• Real-time multiplayer features including chat and voice communication
• No-code creation tools and templates

3.2 Random Tools

• Various random selection tools including roulette, team creation, and drawing boxes
• Educational tools for classroom use
• Entertainment content including ideal type competitions and psychological tests

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. Content Creation and Ownership

5.1 User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you create using our Services
• You grant RandomGG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Services

5.2 Content Guidelines

Content must not:

• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Contain harmful or malicious code
• Include explicit, violent, or inappropriate material
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Revenue Sharing and Payments

6.1 Creator Revenue Share

• Standard Package: 70% to creator, 30% to RandomGG
• Managed Package: 15% to creator, 85% to RandomGG (includes online conversion and marketing services)

6.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through approved payment providers
• All fees are exclusive of taxes
• RandomGG reserves the right to modify pricing with notice
