1. Introduction

Welcome to Random.GG. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, and applications (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by RandomGG, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "RandomGG" or "we"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Users who misuse or unlawfully appropriate personal information of others while using the Service forfeit their rights under these Terms, and the company reserves the right to cancel or terminate their user agreements.

The company may refuse service applications under the following conditions:

  1. 1. If the payment for content purchases is not made or cannot be verified due to incorrect payment information.

  2. 2. If the applicant has a record of service restrictions within the past three months or has been permanently banned under the service operation policy.

  3. 3. If the applicant attempts to use the Service from a country where RandomGG has not yet decided to provide services, and such usage conflicts with agreements with international service providers or regulatory requirements in that country.

If the application is made with the intent to engage in activities prohibited by laws governing online communications and data protection, such as the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the EU, or any other applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.aws.

  5. 5. If the applicant is under the minimum age required by applicable laws for online services. In the United States, users must be at least 13 years old to create an account in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). In the European Union and other jurisdictions following the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the minimum age may be 16, unless a lower age limit is permitted by local law.

3. Description of Services

3.1 Playmaker

  • - A web-based tool for creating online escape rooms, mystery games, and other interactive content.

  • - Real-time multiplayer features, including chat and voice communication.

  • - No-code development tools and templates for easy content creation.

3.2 RandomGG Arcade

  • - A marketplace for selling content created using Playmaker.

  • - Content transactions conducted using the platform’s native currency, "Coins."

  • - Detailed product pages for showcasing content.

3.3 Random Games

  • - Various random-based games such as roulette, team generation, and random box draws.

  • - Educational random tools for classroom use.

  • - Entertainment content like ideal type world cups and personality tests.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

  • - Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

  • - Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

  • - If unauthorized account use is detected, users must notify RandomGG immediately.

4.2 Account Responsibility

  • - Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their accounts.

  • - Users must not share their account credentials with third parties.

  • - RandomGG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content Creation and Ownership

5.1 User-Generated Content

  • - Users retain ownership of the content they create within the Service.

  • - Users grant RandomGG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their content for service provision and improvement.

5.2 Content Guidelines

Content must not include:

  • - Material that infringes on intellectual property rights.

  • - Malicious code or harmful software.

  • - Explicit violence, inappropriate material.

  • - Content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Revenue Sharing and Payments

6.1 Creator Revenue Share

  • - Standard Revenue Share Model (General Creators): 70% to the creator, 30% to RandomGG.

  • - Affiliate Revenue Share Model (Corporate Affiliates): 15% to the creator, 85% to RandomGG (including online conversion and marketing services).

6.2 Payment Terms

  • - Payments are processed through authorized payment providers.

  • - All fees are exclusive of taxes.

  • - RandomGG reserves the right to modify prices with prior notice.

6.3 Settlement

  • For content listed on the RandomGG platform, creators are paid monthly on the 15th after deducting a 30% service fee under the standard revenue share model.

    1. 1. Send a copy of your bank account details, RandomGG account information, and details of the monetized content to contact@random.gg.

    2. 2. The company will verify the information and process the payment within three business days.

8. Amendments and Legal Effect

  • - Any disputes between the company and users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
